This page names the source, the licence, the attribution, and the things we add on top.

The site pulls the open CSV catalogue directly. We do not scrape the otop.cdd.go.th portal, and we do not use the token-gated otopapi.cdd.go.th:3000 endpoint; both are out of bounds for us. Everything you see on this site traces back to a CSV on data.go.th and its provincial mirrors.
2. The licences we re-publish under สัญญาอนุญาตที่ใช้เผยแพร่
The data.go.th portal operates under the EGA Open Government License, which is compatible with the family of open licences listed below. Individual datasets in the OTOP catalogue carry per-resource licence tags; the most common in our pull are:

The per-resource licence tag is preserved in our raw cache and is the licence under which each record is re-published here. Where the source tag is unclear, we default to the most permissive G0 / Open Data Common reading.
3. What the licence does not cover สิ่งที่สัญญาอนุญาตไม่ครอบคลุม
The OGD licence and the CC family permit the use of the data. They do not cover the personal data contained within the data. The NSTDA presentation on Thailand's open-data programme (2018) is explicit on this point: "การอนุญาตให้ใช้ข้อมูลนี้ ไม่ครอบคลุมถึง 'ข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลที่อยู่ในเนื้อหาข้อมูล'" — the licence to use the data does not extend to the personal data within it. We therefore treat the producer names, addresses, and phone numbers in the registry under the Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562, on the lawful bases explained in our Privacy policy.

These derived fields are not facts about the producer in the world; they are facts about the record as published. A "no contact channel" tier means the published record on data.go.th carries no phone number; it does not mean the producer has no phone. The distinction matters and we hold it.
6. Provenance per page การระบุแหล่งที่มาในทุกหน้า
Every record view and every province dossier carries a footer line of the form "Source: Department of Community Development, data.go.th · last refreshed on <date>". The site meta view (/?view=atlas → Record → "Last refreshed") shows the build timestamp. If a number on this site is wrong, the source is the place to correct it first; we will follow.
